| High-speed trains have the characteristics of high efficiency,low pollution,high speed,safety and comfort,and have become one of the country’s important development strategies.As an important part of the train,the wheel carries all the weight of the train and ensures the safe operation of the train.The quality of its performance directly affects the safety and stability of the train’s operation.With the gradual increase in train speed and the continuous increase in load capacity,various hidden dangers have become more serious after the long-term service operation of the vehicle,such as the peeling of the wheel surface,the abnormal wear of the wheel and rail,the reduction of the smooth running of the vehicle and the wheel and rail vibration appear.In order to better meet and support the needs of the development of rail trains in my country,it is particularly important to study the wheel structure design and the changes in vehicle dynamics during the process of wheel service.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes and studies the design theory of worn-out wheel treads and the basis for the design of web structure.Using the classic trajectory method,taking LM,LMA,LMB wheel treads as examples,changing the wheel-rail lateral displacement,calculating wheel-rail contact point distribution,equivalent taper,rolling circle radius difference and wheel-rail creep rate and other wheel-rail contact Geometry changes.The wheel-rail contact finite element model is established based on the ABAQUS software.According to the load conditions specified in the UIC510-5 "Technical approval of solid wheels" standard,the Mises equivalent stress between the wheel and the rail under the static contact conditions of the LM,LMA and LMB wheel treads is analyzed and compared.Changes in normal contact pressure and elastic-plastic contact spots.(2)Use SIMPACK simulation software to establish vehicle dynamics model,set up two kinds of track model of straight line and curve,and add American 5-level track spectrum and German track spectrum as track irregularity excitation.Simulation analysis of vehicle dynamics performance evaluation indicators such as the force between wheel and rail,derailment coefficient,running stability and comfort during the vehicle operation and service process.(3)Three web wheel models of straight web,slanted web,and S-shaped web are established,and the Lanczos solution method is used to analyze the wheel structure modal,and the natural frequencies,vibration patterns and frequency response vibration characteristics of the three wheel web models are analyzed.Through the above research work,the research results obtained provide reference and reference for further exploring the safety and reliability of the wheel structure in service,the selection of the wheel structure,the optimization design,and the formulation or improvement of railway wheel standards. |
