As the most widely used energy conversion equipment in modern industrial process control,boilers are used in many industries such as petrochemical,power plants and light industry.The boiler control system is also a typical multiple input multiple output process control system with large hysteresis,nonlinearity and other characteristics.With the rapid development of modern industry,the requirements of industrial processes for boiler equipment are gradually moving towards efficient,green and energy-saving.However,most of the boiler equipment in China’s industrial process still does not meet this requirement.How to control one or several variables in the boiler equipment with a new control algorithm is necessary to improve the control level of the whole boiler.Superheated steam temperature is a very important control variable in boiler control system,which can reflect the stability and economy of boiler system operation.The paper studies several disturbance factors that have an important influence on boiler steam temperature,including Changes in several parameters such as steam flow rate and feed water temperature.The paper mainly uses the experimental method and the mechanism method to obtain the model of superheated steam temperature based on the research of three main variables: steam flow,flue gas heat,and desuperheating water flow.The object of this paper is based on the SMPT-1000 water vapor thermal energy full-process simulation experiment device.According to the process flow of the boiler operation and the different characteristics of each variable,the overall PID of the boiler is carried out according to the process control principle of the research variables in the paper,And correspondingly design the positive reaction and control law of the PID controller in each variable system.Then use the PCS7 software in SMPT-1000 to carry out CFC configuration and SFC configuration of the control process,and use WINCC to design a human-machine interface for management and monitoring.As a classic control method,PID has many advantages,but it has become less and less suitable for various requirements in modern control.For the various deficiencies of PID control in boiler control,the new control algorithm active disturbance rejection control(ADRC,Active Disturbance Rejection Control)is used to control the boiler system.In this paper,MTALAB/SIMULINK is used to simulate the superheated steamtemperature by PID and active disturbance rejection.Then,in the design of the entire boiler system by Siemens equipment,the active disturbance rejection control is added to the circuit of superheated steam temperature,and the remaining control variables use the traditional PID control method.Through simulation and test results,the results obtained from the active disturbance control show superior control performance than PID.
