At present,the railway construction under the jurisdiction of the Harbin Bureau Group Corporation has developed rapidly.High-speed railway and heavy-duty transportation have become the main features of Jingha,Harbin,Binzhou,Pingqi,Tongrang and Linmi lines,so that the track line equipment maintains normal movement.Static,this is the basis for safe transportation.Therefore,the Harbin Bureau Group Company urgently needs to adopt a professional information management platform in the maintenance management of seamless lines.The seamless line engineering information management system uses seamless line unit tracks as the basic unit to design seamless line engineering information.Management applications,including seamless line recovery ledger data management,maintenance data management,line inspection data management,status assessment,and simple construction assistance.This paper starts with some differences between long track lines and ordinary tracks,discusses the maintenance principle and characteristics of seamless lines,and draws on the mature experience of related systems at home and abroad.On this basis,the seamless line information management system of Harbin Bureau Group Company was designed.The main design principle of the system is to use the displacement observation pile method to monitor the actual lock rail temperature to realize the actual lock rail temperature management of each rail joint;to grasp the geometric position of the track by statistical analysis of the inspection data of the inspection vehicle,and to track the track The quality is evaluated;the peak data and TQI data of the rail inspection vehicle are tested,and the rail and weld defects are managed in the form of a rail and rail weld defect detection database.The track direction,track bed and its section,longitudinal displacement,fastener torque and four test data are used as evaluation indexes,and the comprehensive evaluation of seamless lines is realized by fuzzy mathematics.The system is written in C# language,which basically realizes the basic data management of daily seamless lines,statistical analysis of detection data,monitoring and warning of actual locked rail temperature,and evaluation of track status.It is also possible to simply assist in maintenance and construction to achieve "state repair" of seamless lines.Through the use of the system,effective preventive measures can be used to reduce the risk factors on the seamless line.The aim is to improve the dynamic and static quality of the line equipment as a whole,and provide powerful guidance for the future maintenance of the seamless line in the engineering section.
