Research And Design On Intelligent Transit Maintenance System Based On Data Mining

With the rapid development of information technology,more and more intelligent electronic devices are being put into operation in the public transport industry,making people travel more and more conveniently and intelligently.However,the following problems are also becoming more and more serious.The traditional device maintenance information are more and more difficult to maintain.Therefore,the maintenance mode of device needs to be changed from traditional methods to informatization and standardization.To the present situation in China,most areas are still using manual methods to record information and device maintenance schedule,and input system.It seriously affects the efficiency of maintenance of device,and then affects people's daily travel,and brings a lot of inconvenience to people.Therefore,developing a set of intelligent public transport device maintenance system is imminent.At the same time,how to realize the information and intelligence of device maintenance,and how to realize the intelligent analysis of data in the maintenance and information construction of device are the urgent problem that we need to solve now.The subject of the Suzhou bus company device maintenance process,device information management,value-added services and other aspects need to be detailed and careful investigated.In the understanding of the characteristics of public transport device maintenance industry informatization construction,it analyzes the demand of device maintenance information and combines data mining knowledge.The paper puts forward a design scheme of intelligent bus maintenance system based on data mining.Comparing some popular website development technology,it uses B/S architecture?MVC design pattern and spring technology to comprehensively develop the intelligent bus maintenance system.It realizes a set of functions to achieve a perfect intelligent bus maintenance system.According to the data mining technology on intelligent transportation system maintenance,it puts forward two kinds of data mining solution based on intelligent information processing.One is to establish intelligent dispatch model based on association rule algorithm,to find out the relationship between the maintenance device and service providers,and to recommend the service providers;the other is to establish a prediction model based on neural network algorithm,to allocate a suitable inspection route for new device,and to develop a reasonable inspection plan.At the same time,through validating the prediction accuracy of model to identify the importance of sorting factors affecting distribution route inspection.The above two schemes are analyzed and verified through data mining tool SPSS Modeler modeling.The results show that the scheme makes the formulation of inspection plan more reasonable,reduces workload of staff and improves maintenance efficiency to a certain extent.
