| Relay interlocking engineering design is an important part of the railway engineering design,the principle of which is to ensure the safety of train operation and improve the operation efficiency,and it is also a kind of interlocking engineering design which has a comparatively high technology requirement.The station chosen in this design is a simulated station-Pengcheng station.Only the main line in the station realizes in-station codification.The whole station uses S700K electric switch machine to set the switch.This design is carried out according to the uplink throat of the station,belong to 6502 relayc interlocking engineering design.The contents include the signalling arrangemeng layout,the track circuit diagram of double line zone,cable route diagram,the control pannel diagram,indoor signal devices layout,combination connection diagram,the combination ranking table.The station signalling arrangement layout which mainly finish the coordinate calculation and location setting of the switch,fouling post and signal,is a key point for the subsequent drawings.As the station use 25Hz track circuit,the track circuit diagram of double line zone is required to finish the polarity disposition,the selection and arrangement of choke transformer selection,the feed end and receiving end disposition.The console pannel chooses the new type TD5 console,including the element type and button type selection.Using the“S”type arrangement method to compile a ranking table of combination when drawing the combination connection diagram and ranking table of combination.Signal device indoor layout can clearly reflect the layout of the indoor device and the key point should focus on the control room and relay room when design it.The interlocking table is the basis of route setting,it includes the choice of basic route,the determination of hostile signal,the inspection of going beyond the limits in track sections and so on.The outdoor cable route diagram is the fundamental basis for the construction of engineering unit.It relates to the planning of cable duct,the cable connection equipment selection and the calculation of cable core number and cable length. |
