The Research Of Co-working Space Design From The Horizon Of Expectation

As a new type of office space,co-working space is in the stage of constant update of technology level,constant change of public demand and continuous improvement of aesthetic taste.It is difficult to have a eternal evaluation standard for the design of the co-working space,but one thing is constant,that is,the space design is correct.People's full attention,put the value of people in the first place.Therefore,to design a valuable joint office space,we should first start with the user of the joint office space.According to the literature review,the predecessors' research on the users of the joint office space is relatively small and is still in the summary of the past experience accumulation,rather than the analysis of the user's main research object and the design research combined with experience.According to the theory of expectation vision,the generation of textual meaning is the result of the interaction between the writer and the accepting subject.The design expression of the joint office space should also be the dynamic process of the interaction between the designer and the user.Therefore,this paper cuts in from the perspective of expectation,and takes the work group of curtural innovation industry as the research object.From the design factor expectation,function expectation and working environment expectation of the joint office space,it sums up the public expectation of the user and combines with the current excellent joint office.The spatial case analysis shows that the good joint office space has the characteristics of rich spatial level,diversified service objects,urbanization of spatial structure,diversified functions and appropriate area ratio.Finally,the spatial design is proposed from the perspective of expectation and innovation expectation according to the theory of expectation vision.methods.The conclusions of this paper are mainly:1.Looking forward to the field of vision is the relationship between the author,the work and the reader in the literature.The expectation horizon in the context of the joint office space is to explore the relationship between the designer,the space and the user.Relationships are mutual-based and shaped relationships,mutual change and guidance,and the design process and design method are derived through the analysis of design relationship expression.2.According to Yaos' "aesthetic distance",the aesthetic distance between the innovation of the work and the reader's expectation of vision determines the artistic characteristics of the literary works.The excellent works can not only satisfy the reader's directional expectation,but also constantly break the reader's directional expectation,so in the joint In the design of office space,the design method is discussed from two aspects: orientation expectation and innovation expectation.The anti-normalization design of spatial elements breaks the user's expectation horizon and enhances the aesthetic value of the joint office space.3.In the design of the joint office space,the user expects the filling of the vision,which can more satisfy the user's needs and has certain predictability for the development of the joint office space development market.
