Excavator is one of the most important types of construction machinery.The annual production of excavator accounts for half of the construction machinery and equipment.Many excavator manufacturers have emerged at home and abroad.Faced with fierce competition,improving customer satisfaction through technological upgrading has become an important means for manufacturers.On the basis of satisfying high reliability,further improving the information level of excavators has become an important means.The core of the Internet + excavator control system is the design of the control system.At present,most of the domestic excavator manufacturers use Kawasaki controller and hydraulic system to achieve negative flow control.The control system only completes the matching of the pump and the engine,and seldom controls the data collection and action flow assignment of the system,though this system is simple,but it can not be better.According to the working condition and the action,the pump matches according to the flow demand,and the action is coordinated according to the need,which causes the power loss of the system and reduces the service life of the hydraulic system.In this design,the positive flow control system model is adopted to ensure the advancement of electrical control.At the same time,more signal acquisition and data processing are added to the new controller,so as to realize remote operation data collection,realize product life cycle management,and provide data support for product improvement and service.According to the purpose of design and the requirements of this subject,this paper outlines the general idea of design,lists the specific circuit diagrams of each component and its design scheme,and gives the process of analysis and comparison of software models for the key parts of the designed control system.The design of each hardware and software module of the control system is given in detail.The working principle and control method of the core module of the control system are introduced in detail.At the end of the article,we design the Internet + excavator information control platform,which introduces the platform from functional requirements and page design.At the same time,we make economic forecasts for the Internet + excavator,and put forward our own views.
