| People look forward to higher requirments for the development of social and the expation excavator working environment, the excavator is modified to respond the needs along with automation and control technology development. But in the modification in the automation process,the original flow supply system used in the excavator also flow oil to each actuator. The existing flow supply system contains simple throttle system, positive flow system, negative flow system and load sensing system. But the system has some problems, such as simple throttle system energy loss is too large and poor anti-interference ability; Positive flow system uses multiple shuttle valve increasing the cost; The negative system has flow energy loss in the median postion; Load sensing system has a proportional energy loss and flow under normal operating conditions.The four supply systems showed in the parament are modeled by analysis excavator various components.Then establish the models of excavator machine arm, hydraulic pump, multi-way valve, according to the detecting device, the controller, the actuator in the flow supply system the division of the model. Followed by various flow systems installed and simulation,the paper simulate and evaluate the trick following command curves and energy loss in each flow pump control on the same command track. Finally, I analyse the various flows system, and proposed to find a new flow supply system. The simulation system are installed in the excavator and think that the system achieved the desired purpose. The paper provide theoretical references for the latter installation in the actual excavator by the excavator multiple components modeling, validation, matching and simulation. |
