With the continuous development of China’s economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization,the demand for high-altitude operations such as power grids,highway and railway traffic,urban street lights,urban gardens,urban buildings and factories has sprung up all over the country.Faced with the vigorous market prospects and cruel competitive environment,as the leader of aerial vehicle in recent years,only by constantly changing ideas and actively analyzing rapid response,can we continue to lead the development of the industry and remain invincible in the increasingly fierce competition.Firstly,starting from the analysis of the current situation of H company’s high-speed car,this paper summarizes the relevant research summary and various research methods of scholars at home and abroad,and according to the sales data of H company’s high-speed car products in recent years,it analyses the product structure and market regional distribution of high-speed car products,and obtains the current situation of high-speed car products’ competitions.Secondly,it carries out industry competition analysis.Aiming at the analysis of the development status and trend of the whole high-speed car industry,the status of the company in the industry and the relationship with its competitors are comprehensively analyzed through the five-force model,and the differences between the industry,competitors and products are obtained.Then,the problems and opportunities faced by high-speed car products at the present stage are obtained.Then,the competitive advantages of high-speed car products are comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of quality,cost,service,delivery and technology,and the selection of competitive strategies is put forward.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward.Through the analysis of market development trend and market competition,combined with the actual situation of enterprises and the results of industry analysis and product competitive advantage analysis,the strategies of regional ranking of competitive products,product mix strategy and customer competitive strategy are determined.At the same time,the strategies of promoting concurrent R&D,strengthening scientific analysis of marketing research and research,enhancing competitor analysis and introducing value chain are put forward.Cost management and other ways to provide protection for the implementation of product competition.Through the research of this paper,the differences between H company and its competitors,product structure and customers are found.On the one hand,it puts forward some solutions in product mix strategy,customer competition strategy and supporting measures;on the other hand,it provides an analysis model for competitive analysis and strategy selection of H company’s high-speed cars and other products.It improves the product competitiveness of H company and supports the improvement of sales performance,so as to achieve the sales growth goal of the enterprise and ensure the realization of the phased goal of the enterprise.
