| Lingjiatan is the largest and most well-preserved prehistoric settlement site in Chaohu valley of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river.Since the excavation of Lingjiatan site in 1985,Lingjiatan site has received great attention from the state administration of cultural heritage and scholars from all walks of life.In 2001,Lingjiatan was established as the national key cultural relics protection unit.In 2012,"Lingjiatan consensus" was issued,which points out that Lingjiatan and its surrounding remains has a distinct geographical and time characteristics that could be called "Lingjiatan culture".The emergence of Lingjiatan culture has an iconic position in the origin and formation of Chinese civilization.In 2016,Lingjiatan site was selected into the special plan of the 13 th five-year plan for the protection of great sites by the state administration of cultural heritage,which requires that archaeological exploration,scientific research,site display,tourism development and other work should be done carefully during the 13 th five-year plan.Based on the evaluation of the value and current situation of Lingjiatan site,this paper studies the protection planning of Lingjiatan site by taking the value evaluation as the main basis for making the protection planning.According to the analysis of the problems,the reasonable appropriate solutions are put forward in the principle of people-oriented and respect for nature,which aims to realize the authenticity,integrity,and sustainable development of the protection of Lingjiatan site.At the same time,through the reaserch on the ontology and environmental background of Lingjiatan,based on theory of dynamic protection,heritage protection and utilization should be harmony with the local social development to promote local cultural characteristics and influence,and also give full play to the social efficiency of site protection,the research also provides certain enlightenment for other sites protection research in China. |
