Today,with the vigorous promotion of “green building” and the development of building industrialization,the traditional architectural mode has not met the needs of the development of the industry,and the prefabricated building came into being.In order to solve the problems of excessive cost,weak force at the joint of the joint,and poor integrity of the laminated floor technology in the prefabricated concrete structure,a new integrated prefabricated floor slab assembly technique is presented in this article.The interface connection manner like a step is used to increase the connection contact area between the prefabricated portion and the cast-in-place portion to ensure better connection between the prefabricated plate and the cast-in-place portion.The joint assembly process is carried out by using a new assembled integral beam-plate joint of the epoxy-coated joint.In this paper,the static loading test of the new assembled monolithic beam-slab joints and the impounding test of the integral precast slab assembly integral concrete slab beam structure system are carried out.The construction process,mechanical properties and various mechanical characteristics of this new type of precast concrete floor slab were tested and some conclusions were obtained.It provides new ideas and theoretical basis for the design of integrated concrete structure design,theoretical research and engineering application.In this paper,the integrated concrete structure is taken as the research object,and the combination of experimental research and theoretical analysis is used to investigate the mechanical characteristics and mechanical properties of the assembled monolithic concrete members.The main contents include:(1)Our research group carried out experimental research on the improvement of beam-slab joints,designed the reasonable structural form of the joint between the floor slab and the beam,developed the mold and construction method for making the prefabricated floor slab,and designed the bracket supporting the prefabricated floor slab.A standardized construction and assembly working method centering on "assembly" shall be formed,and a standardized working method and a standardized working procedure shall be determined for a series of working procedures such as lifting,supporting,positioning,fixing connection and installation of floor slabs with rigid whole boundaries.The influence of prefabricated floor joint treatment on the static performance of the floor joint and the beam joint is studied,and the concrete phenomenon of each specimen beam in the test loading process is recorded in detail.The concrete phenomenon of each beam and plate joint specimen in the test loading process was recorded in detail,and the failure form of the specimen was judged according to the test phenomenon and data.The steel bar strain curve,load-displacement curve,crack width development curve and deflection analysis curve were drawn according to the data.Combined with the existing theoretical research and experimental data,the mechanical failure mechanism of the new type of assembled integral beam and plate joints is analyzed,and the design calculation method is proposed.(2)Design new assembled monolithic floor plate girder structure system of reasonable structure,and the new assembled monolithic floor plate girder structure system,experimental study on water through test research,research in the new assembled monolithic floor plate girder structure system just answer all boundary integral assembling precast floor slab and beam connection node interface deal with the optimization of the structure.The water storage test of the new-type assembled monolithic floor slab and beam structure system is carried out to obtain the test results of crack development and deflection,so as to draw a conclusion whether it meets the requirements of the current code.
