The control of the test bench to emulate the real operation of the vehicle is one of the research hotspots of the test and control system of the test bench.The research object of this paper is the vehicle transmission test bench.By researching the test bench control technology and developing the measurement and control software,the dynamic emulation control of the dual motors is realized,thus perfecting the function of the test bench.For the mechanical system and measurement and control system of the existing transmission test bench in the laboratory,the driving torque-loading speed mode is determined as the control mode of the dynamic emulation of the dual motors,and the dual motors are controlled to self-compensate the driving end inertia and reverse the emulated load.By analyzing the dual motors system,the PI closed-loop control strategy is used at the drive end to improve the control performance of the dual motors.The measurement and control software system for dynamic emulation control of the dual motors were completed in the upper computer and the lower computer,and the motor response test was carried out to verify that the dual motors have dynamic emulation conditions.Finally,the dual motors are able to emulate the engine and vehicle running resistance in NEDC and WLTC driving cycle.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The development status of the measurement and control technology of the vehicle transmission test bench is introduced.According to the requirements of the actual operation of the emulated vehicle,the research content of this paper is determined.This paper will develop software for the measurement and control system based on the transmission test bench to control the drive and load motor dynamic emulation of the engine and vehicle load.(2)Explain the structure of the transmission test bench,and analyze the performance parameters of the main control system,speed control system of inverter and sensor and data acquisition system of the measurement and control system.(3)Establish the dynamic model of the test bench system,analyze the input conditions required for the dynamic emulation of the dual motors,and obtain the engine speed and torque as the drive input through the engine neural network modeling,then establish the vehicle running resistance model to obtain the load end motors,emulate the input of driving resistance.(4)Analyze two control methods of inertia compensation for driving emulation technology.For the transmission test bench system,select the dual motors control mode as the drive torque-loading speed,and design the control strategy in the measurement and control system to improve the performance of the control system.Finally,the purpose of controlling the inertia of the dual motors dynamic emulation system to compensate the drive end is achieved,and the load emulation is realized.(5)Analyze the requirements of measurement and control software,develop the overall plan of measurement and control software development,develop the PC software and introduce the functions and control flow of each software module,develop the lower computer software to realize the PI closed-loop control,and realize the dynamic emulation of the dual motors.(6)The dual motors parameters were verified and the limits and control parameters were set.It is verified that the dual motors have the performance of dynamic emulation,and then the steady-state effect and dynamic effect of the motors emulation are verified in the driving condition,and the dynamic emulation function of the dual motors is realized.
