With the continuous increase in the number of vehicles worldwide,exhaust emissions have gradually become an important cause of environmental pollution.In recent years,the country has been encouraging and supporting the development of new energy vehicles.The biggest factor restricting the development of pure electric vehicles is the cruising range.In order to solve this problem,on the one hand,the discharge capacity of the battery can be increased;on the other hand,the energy utilization rate of pure electric vehicles can be improved.This paper builds a new configuration of dualmotor drive system to improve energy utilization.First,the structure and working principle of the dual-motor coupling drive system are analyzed,and four working modes of the dual-motor coupling drive are proposed according to the working principle of the drive system.Consider the design standards and design experience to determine its main performance parameters.Secondly,according to the working principle of the transmission system,a control strategy for switching between different working modes was formulated,and a control strategy model was built in Simulink.Establish a connection between the control strategy model and the CRUISE vehicle simulation model,set up dynamic and economic simulation tasks,and conduct joint simulation verification.Then,based on the energy consumption of NEDC operating conditions,establish a mathematical model of transmission system parameter optimization design,and use particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the solution to determine the peak speed and torque of the motor M1,the final gear ratio,the characteristic parameters of the planetary mechanism,and the torque Coupling gear ratio and rotational speed coupling gear ratio.Finally,according to the optimized results,the parameters of the dual-motor coupling drive system are calculated,and the simulation results before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.The results show that the vehicle’s power and economy have been improved to a certain extent after parameter optimization.
