Study On Influencing Factors Of Prefabricated Building In EPC Mode

Along with our country constantly carries out energy conservation and emission reduction,green construction,the concept of sustainable development,the implementation of the prefabricated construction project is imperative.The relevant national institutions not only introduced the system of policies to encourage enterprises to develop prefabricated construction projects,also issued for prefabricated construction EPC project general contracting mode,a series of measures and policies to encourage enterprises to use EPC mode of prefabricated construction project management,made great contributions to the development of prefabricated construction in our country.The prefabricated building project with its characteristics of factory production and prefabricated construction and advantages of green environmental protection and short construction cycle has become the model of green construction in the construction industry and the focus of transformation and upgrading.EPC general contracting mode is highly compatible with the form of prefabricated building.In the EPC mode of prefabricated building projects,the general contractor of the project can bring the characteristics of the integrated and systematic integrated industrial chain of the prefabricated building into the full process of construction management to form industrial advantages.The EPC general contracting mode is highly compatible with the form of prefabricated building.In the EPC mode of prefabricated building projects,the general contractor of the project can bring the characteristics of the integrated and systematic integrated industrial chain of the prefabricated building into the full process of construction management to form industrial advantages.However,compared with the almost mature prefabricated building projects in developed countries,the development of prefabricated building in China is still in the initial stage.Many enterprises have encountered many problems in the construction of prefabricated building projects.The advantages of the prefabricated building are not only not shown,but also high cost,difficult management and high risk.Based on the development of prefabricated construction in our country and the present situation of the application of EPC mode,this paper selects the EPC mode influence factors in the process of prefabricated construction as the research subject,through to the project general contractor and the overall management of the participants in the process of project construction possible influence factors by using principal component analysis,the goal of construction of project evaluation,find out the main influence factor,and put forward the corresponding Suggestions and measures,provide a reference for enterprises to carry out project construction and management,to improve the development of the enthusiasm of prefabricated construction and investment benefit and promote the development of prefabricated construction in our country.Based on relevant literature and theoretical research,this paper firstly constructs the influencing factor system of the construction process of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode and the PCA evaluation model based on this system.The construction of the influencing factor system comprehensively analyzes the possible influencing factors in the construction process of the prefabricated building under the EPC mode by means of literature research,expert investigation,and other methods.Secondly,by comparison with other influence factors analysis method based on PCA analysis,combined with factors influencing the system form the improvement after the adjustment PCA evaluation model,make the evaluation more scientific and rigorous process.Finally,through the empirical analysis of the PCA evaluation model based on the original data collected through the questionnaire survey,the principal component impact factors,namely the management and skill experience factors,quality control factors,information interaction factors,pre-operation control factors,capital control factors,and safety management factors,were obtained,and effective improvement Suggestions and measures were put forward for the six main impact factors respectively,so as to contribute to the development of prefabricated building projects under the EPC model in China.
