In this paper,the structure and function of the BMS battery management system are analyzed,and the single battery is mathematically modeled to complete the simulation of the battery power balancing dynamic process.A set of BMS battery management system testing platform has been developed according to national industry standards and enterprise production standards.Completed the mechanical structure design and detection electronic control system design of BMS online detection platform.Based on LabVIEW,the detection software of BMS detection platform was developed,which can complete fan control PWM signal output function,battery voltage test function,battery temperature test function and battery power.Detection of functions such as equalization function,CAN communication function,and detection of BMS quiescent current.The main research contents include:(1)Research and analysis of the function and function of BMS in the battery system,establish the equivalent circuit model of the single battery,and combine the BMS products of a certain manufacturer to complete the simulation of the dynamic process of BMS battery power equalization.(2)Study and analyze the function detection items such as CAN communication function,PWM signal output function,battery power balance function,battery voltage detection function,battery temperature detection function of BMS system,and the detection requirements and technical requirements of BMS static current performance test items.The design of each detection item was designed,and the overall inspection system design of the inspection platform was integrated.(3)Completed the mechanical structure design of the inspection fixture,the detection system gantry,and completed the circuit design of the main functional modules such as digital input circuit,digital output circuit,temperature simulation board,and analog battery module,and the detection system.The electrical components were selected and the hardware design of the BMS inspection platformwas completed.Based on the LabVIEW software modular G language platform,the supporting detection software was developed.(4)Using 20 BMS samples provided by a well-known domestic manufacturer,the performance and functional items of 20 samples were tested on the detection system.From the experimental data analysis results,the detection platform can meet the online detection of BMS.The self-functions such as current detection,voltage output and resistance output of the detection platform were evaluated.The Cg of all evaluation items was greater than 1.33,and the inspection platform met the requirements of the "Guidelines for Evaluation Methods of Special Testing Equipment".
