The wireless energy transfer technique can transfer power to load without any physical connection. It can effectively solve the problems of explosion and fire disaster caused by the cable line adopted in the traditional energy transfer way. Therefore, the technique is increasingly concerned in industries of electric vehicles, medical instruments, communication equipment and so on.In this paper, the inductively coupled wireless power transfer system was studied and analyzed by circuit theory.A semi-controlled rectifier based wireless power transfer system, which can keep maximum efficiency and constant voltage output, control method is proposed.Firstly, the paper introduced the significance of the project and research status of wireless power transmission in four aspects of systematic theory model, compensation structure, control strategy and winding structure.Besides, the methods of keeping constant voltage output of wireless power transfer system were summarized as well. The inductively coupled wireless power transmission system was modeled by circuit theory, and the influence that parametric variation exerted on the characteristics of system transmission was studied.Meanwhile, the curve diagram of the corresponding characteristics was given. Therefore,a wireless power transmission scheme based on semi-controlled rectifier circuit was proposed and analyzed theoretically.By controlling semi-controlled rectifier circuit and boost circuit followed, the system could achieve both maximum efficiency and constant voltage output at the same time.Simulational experiments were carried out by using Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Finally, the experimental platform was built with STM32F103RCT6,and a series of validation experiments were conducted. The experimental results showed that the scheme can work effectively to achieve the maximum efficiency and maintain stable voltage output when the load and mutual inductance change.
