Wireless power transfer technology uses the electromagnetic field as the medium to realize the electrical energy from the primary circuit to the secondary circuit, which has the advantages of safety and convenience compared with the cable-type power transmission method, and has a good development space in medical implant equipment, smart homes, electric vehicles and other fields.Firstly, this paper analyzed the basic principle and transmission characteristics of wireless power transfer technology, and derived the expression of system voltage gain, transmission power, transmission efficiency and input impedance angle, and plotted the corresponding curve.Secondly, this paper studied the mutual inductance calculation method for circular-ring coupled coils and polygon coupled coils in arbitrary position. The expression of mutual inductance was derived based on Newman’s integral formula and coil element method, and the correctness of mutual inductance calculation method is verified by experiments. Finally, proposed a PWM rectifier based constant voltage output wireless power transmission scheme. The scheme adopted coaxial phase detection coil to obtain the induced voltage phase of secondary coil, and realized the resonance and constant voltage output through constant current control of the primary circuit and PWM rectifier low-frequency switching control of the secondary circuit. The paper made the theoretical analysis for the wireless power transfer technical scheme, and then used soft Matlab/Simulink to build wireless power transmission system model and built a wireless power transmission system platform based on STM32F103ZET6,achieving related experiments. The simulation and experiments results verified the correctness of the proposed scheme. |
