With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the research of automotive electronics has attracted people’s attention.DC motor is used as the driving source in traditional automobile windows.The whole window control system has some problems,such as low efficiency,short life and low control precision.In this paper,brushless DC motor is applied to the window control system instead of DC motor.The control algorithm of brushless DC motor is studied and the related functions of the window are realized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the working requirements of the window motor,a suitable brushless DC motor is selected as the control object.The basic functions and anti-clamping requirements of the window are analyzed,and the overall scheme of the window controller is designed.(2)According to the mathematical model of BLDCM,the single-closed-loop and double-closed-loop PI control systems of BLDCM are designed,and the PI parameters are adjusted.Combining the fuzzy control algorithm with the double closed-loop PI control system,the fuzzy adaptive PI algorithm is designed for the control of BLDCM,and the control effect is simulated and compared.(3)The hardware and software parts of the window controller are designed and manufactured.Taking TI’s TMS320F28335 as the main control chip,the whole hardware scheme includes the minimum system of the DSP chip,power amplifier circuit,power supply circuit,detection and protection circuit,etc.The software system consists of driver program of brushless DC motor and window control program.(4)Complete the production of the whole controller,design and build the experimental platform.The design of the experimental platform includes two parts:the upper computer and the lower computer.It can collect and process the current and torque parameters of the motor in the experimental process.Finally,the performance of the controller and the window control function are tested on the experimental platform,and the test results are compared with the design indicators.
