Due to the lack of efficient and accurate detection technology for shaft parts in batch production process,a non-contact on-line detection scheme based on an integrated laser scanning caliper is proposed in this paper.In this paper,an integrated laser scanning caliper is used as the main testing equipment.The feeding mechanism of the measured shaft parts,the overturning feeding mechanism,the pushing mechanism,the rotating measuring mechanism of the shaft parts,the conveyor belt mechanism,the defective product screening mechanism and the online measuring software are designed.With the connection and cooperation among the various agencies,a set of automatic detection device for the diameter of shaft parts can be formed eventually.The virtual modeling and physical verification show that the detection accuracy of the automatic detection device can reach micron level and meet the requirements of on-line measurement.The testing system has the characteristics of simple structure,high efficiency,stable measurement results and strong expansibility.It solves the shortcomings of traditional testing methods and opens a new way of on-line non-contact automatic testing for shaft parts.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking the mold guide column as an example,the detection method of high-precision grinding shaft parts was analyzed,and an online detection scheme for high-precision grinding shaft parts was designed;(2)A three-dimensional structure of batch automatic detection device for shaft parts was designed,and the mechanical parts and electrical components used in the three-dimensional model were calculated and selected in detail;(3)A dynamic measuring mechanism of the rod rotation based on the integrated laser caliper is designed and processed and verified,so that the device can directly measure the diameter of the shaft parts,or can be measured by dynamic measuring mechanism and online.The combination of software,indirectly detecting the roundness of the shaft parts;(4)The fault tree modeling and three-dimensional spatial dimension chain modeling method are used to analyze the reliability and error of the detection device in detail;(5)A software program for online detection of shaft diameter has been developed for this device,and the data is stored and processed by the host computer,so that the test results are controllable,observable and verifiable.
