Pin shaft is one of the commonly used fastener products,which can be seen everywhere in production and processing workshop.However,due to variety and specifications of the pin shaft,it is inevitable to mix some parts that do not meet specifications,resulting in assembly problems.Into assembly in the machine vision system has become development trend of the future,based on the pin set installed as research object,the machine vision detection technology into assembly process,unqualified parts how to filter and pin installation location problem such as how to adjust carried on the thorough research,designs the pin shaft installed bolt device set of function module structure,completed reasonable layout design,has carried on the pin specifications and assembly test,paper main research content is as follows:(1)Function module and overall scheme design of pin shaft assembly machine.Through black box method and function principle method,the overall function of the pin assembly machine is analyzed,and design scheme of the minimum functional units of the pin assembly machine,such as feeding system of the pin assembly device,the identification and elimination system and assembly system,is put forward,and then overall layout is determined.(2)The structure design of pin shaft automatic assembly machine bolt device.According to overall layout scheme of the pin automatic assembly machine,structure design is carried out to realize three main functions of feeding,removing and assembling.The automatic directional ordering of pin shaft is realized by the way of vibrating plate feeding.Using visual identification system,the pneumatic nozzle is adopted to ensure accurate and effective elimination of size does not meet requirements of the pin shaft,quantitative supply is realized by temporary storage device of the pin shaft,position of the pin shaft in pressing device is identified,and X/Y adjustment mechanism is used to adjust,so as to realize complete assembly of the pin shaft.(3)Analysis and image processing of pin shaft detection system.Completed hardware and software design of the visual inspection system,and designed a visual inspection system for the pin shaft.Three kinds of filtering methods are used to denoise the image,and results show that the Gaussian filtering is more effective in denoising image,which is beneficial to pin edge extraction.On this basis,the measurement algorithm of pin size and coaxial line is designed by Haclon,and measurement accuracy can reach 0.01 mm.(4)Eliminating test of nonconforming pin shaft and testing test of coaxial line of hole pin.An experimental platform was built.Halcon software was used to conduct experiments to eliminate unqualified size of the pin shaft,elimination accuracy was 100%.The position of the hole pin was identified,and detected center distance was compared with actually moved center distance,and measurement error was 0.006 mm.The feasibility of design scheme is verified.
