Crystalline silicon solar cell is the mainstream type of photovoltaic industry.And increasing the light absorption and utilization are considered as the most direct and effective measures to obtain higher cell effciency.Silicon nanowires are considered as promising materials to achieve high efficiency,low cost solar cells,due to their excellent light absorbing properties and efficiency carrier separation performance.This essay is mainly focus on the surface structure of the crystalline silicon cells,which try to improve the impact of solar cell performance by novel nanostructures The main achievements are as follows:1)The Nanowires-Pyramids hierarchical structures were synthesized for solar cell application.The effects of different length of nanowire on hierarchical structure solar cell electrical properties were studied and measured.It was found that a short length of the nanowire on pyramid can reduce the reflectance dramatically,which overcome the surface recombination and poor electrode contact problems caused by traditional long nanowires.2)The Inveter-Pyramids hierarchical structures were synthesized for solar cell application.The effects of different length of Inveter-Pyramids on hierarchical structure solar cell electrical properties were studied and measured.It was found that a lage of the Inverter pyramid can overcome the surface recombination and poor electrode contact problems,the solar cell efficiency is up to 18.20%.
