Transparent electrode plays an important role in the study of organic solar cells.Therefore,in recent years,numerous scientific research personnel are involved in the research and development of transparent electrodes.To date,variety of materials have been used as the transparent electrode,such as thin metallic film,metal-metal oxide film,dielectric-metal-dielectric(DMD)film,carbon nanotubes,graphene,poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS),and silver nanowires(Ag NWs).While,these electrodes all have their own defects.In this article,we add ultra-thin magnesium layer in traditional DMD electrodes and optimize its transmittance with superior conductivity.The average transmittance of optimized electrodes has enhanced about 10%.Meanwhile,it has good performance both in degrading test and bending test.We also fabricate semitransparent organic solar cells based on this electrode and reach a power conversion efficiency of 3.36 %.The average transmittance in visible region is 47.47%.At the same time,biomimetic moth-eye nanostructure is introduced into the semitransparent devices to enhance the power conversion efficiency and reduce the reflectance.The power conversion efficiency and average reflectance in visible region of the optimized device is 3.73%and 10.31% respectively.What's more,theoretical simulations clearly exhibit that moth-eye nanostructure can manipulate the light distribution in devices.It can reduce the reflectance of the devices and enhance the light harvesting,and then lead to a higher power conversion efficiency.On the other hand,we fabricate monolayer closely packed polystyrene(PS)sphere array by gas-liquid interface self-assemble method.The size of PS sphere is controllable by adjusting etching time.After that,nanoscale grid electrode has been fabricated and preliminarily used in the OPV devices.The method of preparation of nanoscale metal grid electrode in the photoelectric device can realize transparent conductive electrodeand light distribution manipulation at the same time.We hope that this electrodes with nanostructure could provide more possibilities of solar cells.
