As China's urbanization construction has entered a new stage,new changes have emerged in China,s urbanization development.The construction of large-scale residential buildings,office buildings and commercial buildings has come to an end.In the future,the construction of urbanization will focus on hospital buildings,school buildings and community activity supporting buildings needed to improve people's livelihood.Along with the promotion of the green reconstruction of the school buildings,there is a lack of evaluation standards for the reconstruction.This topic research to make up for the construction industry is the lack of system convenient both higher defect of campus green building evaluation standard,to both higher campus building as the research object,on the basis of transformation characteristics as well as the related standard system at home and abroad,establish both higher campus green building assessment system and assessment tools.Through the research and analysis of the building renovation both at home and abroad,this project finds that several aspects need to be established in the evaluation index system based on the investigation,simulation and test analysis of the building energy consumption of a university building in Shenyang.According to the relevant standards at home and abroad,based on the fuzzy set theory.Building index library.The principle of subjective and objective screening was adopted,and the membership degree method was used objectively to construct the index database,so as to ensure that the whole evaluation process was based on objective data to avoid subjective influence.The method of expert importance consultation was adopted subjectively,47 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the indicators were screened by SPSS 19.0 software to avoid overlapping indicators.The evaluation index system of gTreen reconstruction of existing campus buildings in design stage and operation stage was established respectively.lt is composed of 3 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators,32 tertiary indicators,5 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators and 46 tertiary indicators.The system has a span distribution of 3 levels,and 46 three-level indicators can be quantitatively analyzed.The evaluation is based on standard standards issued by the state and industry.The establishment of the weight system for the evaluation of green reconstruction of existing campus buildings,this paper adopts the method of expert group analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method combination of empowerment.Yaahp and EvaGear software were respectively used for auxiliary calculation.Finally,the weight value of each index was determined.The evaluation system model is based on the form of evaluation standard of existing building green transformation.The content rules of the scoring of 46 three-level indicators are given.The content rules of the evaluation strictly follow the relevant laws and regulations to ensure the objectivity and testability of the rules.Finally,Visual Basic program software was used to develop the evaluation system.At the same time,case A was selected for verification.The final score of the research system in this paper is 39.42.The final score of the evaluation standard is 38.36.It is found that the evaluation results are similar,which reflects the scientificity and reliability of the research.Use evaluation software to conduct case evaluation.It is found that the evaluation result is the same as the calculated value.The results show that the software is practical and accurate.
