Fused deposition modeling(FDM)is one of the most commonly used techniques for 3D printing.The main feature of this technology is that the fuse must be deposited on the existing support surface,so the quality of the support determines the mechanical properties and surface quality of the entire machined part.In this paper,the surface quality of the supporting surface of the molded part is optimized,and the four process parameters of nozzle temperature,running speed,support interval and cooling fan speed are selected.A large number of process experiments are arranged by orthogonal table L25(56),and the flatness measurement method is used.Measuring the damage rate of the experimental specimen,using the factor trend graph in the range analysis method,the optimal target parameter combination of the target is A1B1C4D5,that is,the nozzle temperature is 190?,the running speed is 20mm/s,and the support interval is 20mm.The cooling fan speed is 100%.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the order of influence of the four process parameters on the surface quality of the support surface can be obtained by the variance analysis method as D(heat dissipation fan speed)>B(operating speed)>A(nozzle temperature)>C(support Interval),where the effect is extremely significant is D(heating fan speed).The accuracy of the optimized process parameter combination is verified by experiments.The optimized process parameters are universal and can be applied to other rapid prototyping systems,which provides important reference value for the selection of molding process parameter values.This paper analyzes and summarizes the structure of common components.Ten representative structural models are suspended surface,suspended side,cantilever structure,inclined by 15°,inclined by 30°,inclined by 45°,and convex cylindrical surface R,convex spherical surface SR,concave cylindrical surface R,concave spherical surface SR.By reading a large number of literatures,it is concluded that the five common support structures are columnar support,linear support,tree support,crosswall support and return support.Through the experiment of three factors:the excellent rate of support surface,the consumables supported,and the time spent on support,the excellent rate of support surface of each corresponding model was obtained by using the mold-measuring silica gel measurement method,and the measurement importance level was established by using the product index analysis method.Table,by drawing a line graph analysis,the external support types that are more suitable for the three typical models in the field of shell-like parts and structural parts for 3D printing.Suspended surface models,cross-wall models,and tilted 15° models are suitable for line support in both shell-like and structural component forming.The suspension side model is suitable for the support of the cross-wall panel in the molding of the shell-like component,and is suitable for the columnar support in the structural component.The tilted 300 model is suitable for columnar support in the formation of shell-like components,and is suitable for wire support in structural components.The tilted 450 model is suitable for cross-wall support in the formation of shell-like components and is suitable for line support in structural components.The convex cylindrical surface R model is suitable for tree-like support in the molding of the shell-like components,and is suitable for wire support in the structural components.The convex spherical SR model is suitable for tree-like support in the molding of the shell-like components,and is suitable for wire support in the structural components.The concave cylindrical surface R model is suitable for wire support in the molding of the shell-like component,and is suitable for the columnar support in the structural component.The concave spherical R model is suitable for columnar support in the molding of the shell-like component,and is suitable for the columnar support in the structural component.The conclusions of this paper are applied to the 3D molding process,which can further improve the molding quality,work efficiency and the applicable rate of the parts.It has practical significance for improving the quality of model production in new product development.
