At present.China’s construction market is booming and the situation is very good.In this environment.the construction enterprises are constantly developing.and the nulber of projects undertaken is increasing.This brings opportunities and challenges.The core management of construction enterprises is the management of engineering projects.This management is increasingly developing in the direction of cross-recgional and multi-projects.This developlent trend makes enterprises encounter difficulties in project management.resource allocation and enterprise management.To become a resistance to enterprise development.how to solve problems and overcome resistance will become a problem faced by enterprises.This thesis studies the multi-project management organization structure of large construction enterprises.consults relevant domestic and foreign literatures and conducts practical research.analyzes relevant theoretical knowledge.solves the problem and constructs a multi-project based on multi-project management office(MPMO).Manage organizational relationships and further optimize them through their operational perforlance analysis.Optimized organizational structure combined with actual cases to verify its importance to business development.Specific research work and results are as follows.(1)Based on the research direction of this paper,the related research contents of multi-project management at home and abroad are summarized.and the multi-project management organizational structure is taken as the research core to determine the research route of this paper.(2)According to the research results of multi-project management at home and abroad,the relevant theoretical basis of multi-project management is elaborated,and the concepts,characteristics,objectives and principles of multi-project management are summarized.The difference between multi-project management and general project management is analyzed。(3)Through the analysis of the traditional organizational structure,to find out the problems existing in the current organizational structure of the traditional organizational structure and the problems encountered by enterprises in the management of multi-projects.On this basis,the research analyzes the factors,principles and construction processes of the organizational structure,and builds a multi-project management organization structure based on the Multi-Project Management Office(MPMO).(4)According to the newly constructed multi-project management organization structure,the operation process is described in detail.and the operation effect is briefly evaluated,and further optimized according to the operation effect.(5)Combining the actual enterprise as the applicable object,taking HL construction enterprise as an example,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of its original organizational structure,and improving and optimizing its structure,it constructed a new multi-project management organizational structure.Through the analysis of the actual operation effect of the organizational structure,the applicability and feasibility of the organizational structure constructed in this paper are verified.Through the research on multi-project management of construction enterprises,the problems existing in multi-project management are found out,and the problem-solving problem is taken as a breakthrough to build a multi-project management organization structure based on MPMO.It has theoretical value for perfecting enterprise management system and implementing multi-project management,and is crucial for enterprises to achieve development strategy goals.
