The management system of landscape engineering company is the core of its landscape engineering business and the key to the success or failure of landscape engineering construction.It is of great significance to improve the economic,social and environmental benefits of landscape engineering projects.In recent years,Dalian L Greening Company has found some defects in its own project management methods in the process of landscape project management,which can not meet the increasingly fierce market competition,resulting in lower profit margin and defective project quality.It is an urgent problem for the company to construct a new and sound management system.This paper takes L Company as the object of study,and analyses the current situation of project management from five aspects:human resource management,material management,progress management,cost management and quality management by means of literature research,field observation and induction.It is found that in human resource management,the company lacks an effective system to select and evaluate talents,which indirectly leads to the increase of labor costs.In the aspect of material management,we only pay attention to the storage management of materials on the spot after entering the market,but neglect the management of suppliers,which leads to the lack of timeliness in material supply,the difficulty in controlling the quality of materials,and ultimately the quality defects and cost increase.In the aspect of cost management,practitioners lack responsibility,lack of cost control consciousness,and flow into the process of cost accounting.Form neglects the problems existing in cost control;due to the particularity of landscape engineering itself(a large part of the main material is life,and the influence factors are complex),schedule control has always been a problem that troubles construction units,and it is difficult to complete construction tasks on.time without flexible and effective schedule control system;quality management has always been the top priority of project management,but due to the purpose.Undoubtedly,some problems such as backward technology,unscientific technology,lack of relevant working experience of constructors,backward machinery and appliances,and lack of standard technology in some construction projects are unfavorable to quality management.Many problems accumulate,which is extremely unfavorable to the long-term development of L company.A new system is urgently needed to change the status quo and solve the existing problems.The new system consists of five subsystems.The human resource management system clarifies the process of employing talents and the method of assessing personnel,and provides fresh blood for the company in time to increase the enthusiasm of employees.The material management system controls suppliers,material procurement and material storage.After fully investigating and understanding supplier information,it establishes supplier information database.It also evaluates the cooperation situation,chooses the best cooperation,purchases and supplies materials according to the plan of material use,standardizes the system of material storage and acquisition on site,and minimizes waste.The cost management system uses the cost target responsibility system to clarify the cost control responsibility of each post,and through the labor cost,material cost,machinery cost and subcontract cost generated in the process of project construction.The analysis and control are used to correct the cost deviation of the whole project;the progress management system stipulates the method of setting the progress goal,which makes the progress goal fine to a relatively easy time to control,and lists a series of measures to ensure the construction progress,so that the deviation of the progress is corrected;the quality management system provides a way to promote the quality refinement.Management measures,and clear the process of process standard formulation,the use of process formulation process to formulate the standard process of many construction projects,improve the upgrading and transformation of backward processes,at the same time corresponding to the soft and hard scenery evaluation system,so that after the completion of the project can be more intuitive understanding of the quality of the project.
