In recent years,the global energy consumption has increased year by year.Among them,the energy consumption of the construction industry accounts for about 40%of the global tot?al,especially the high quality energy consumption of oil,coal,natural gas.The environmental pollution caused by energy depletion has brought great influence and hidden trouble to the production and life of human beings.Therefore,how to make a substitute for high quality energy consumption of building energy supply mode has become the key point.As an input energy supply system with multiple quality classes,distributed energy can effectively replace the onefold high quality energy consumption in the construction industry.In the sever cold areas with extreme temperatures in the winter and summer,the region stores a variety of energy sources of different quality grades,and the region is highly dependent on using high quality energy for heating and refrigeration in the building environrnent.lt can be seen that,to study the distributed energy optimization method in severe cold areas is significance.Because of the influence of the energy quality grade,the diversity of supply modes,and the uncertain factors such as different seasonal climate and regional characteristics,its difficult to design the distributed energy supply mode which suitable for the characteristics of cold regions scientifically and reasonably.The accurate mathematical model is used to des-cribe the relationship between many kinds of energy conversion equipment,which can ensure the flexible demand on the supply side and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducingcon sumption at the same time.At the same time,the existing distributed energy optimization strategies have not been designed scientifically and effectively to evaluate the existing optimi?zation strategies,nor can they meet the requirements of large-scale,diversified distributed energy systems to solve the optimization strategies and the quality of optimization strategies.In view of the above difficulties,In this paper,based on the scientific and technological project of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction,”Research on decision Optimi?zation method of Green Operation Management of existing buildings facing Energy Saving and liveability,(2018-K1-019)and the project of culturing and breeding of Shenyang Jianzhu University "based on lagrangian," Study on Energy Saving Optimization method of Energy consumption equipment in Sino-German Building based on relaxed frame "(XKHY2-64).The distributed energy model in severe cold region is developed,and the solution strategy of buil-ding distributed energy optimization based on the improved branch cutting algorithm under Lagrangian framework is studied.The main work is as follows:First,building distributed energy that is suitable for climate characteristics and energy advantages in cold regions,using a variety of energy devices to convert low-quality energy stored in electricity,solar,biomass,soil and air into interacting heat and electricity.Instead of a single high-quality energy input.Secondly,a distributed energy optimization strategy based-on the improved branch cut algorithm under the framework of agent lagrangian relaxation is designed,and the mathematical model of obtaining subproblem is introduced into lagrangian multiplier.Based on the improved branch and cut algorithm in Cplex environment,the sub-gradient iteration is carried out using the strategy of solving partial subproblem,and the high quality approximate optinization solution of the original problem is obtained.The advantages and disadvantages of the optimization strategy are determined by the dual gap between the original problej:n and the subproblem.Based on the background of a demonstration center of energy saving in severe cold area,this paper uses Cplex software to compile algorithm program to carry on the simulation experiment,and compares two seasons energy costs and high-quality energy inputs uUnder the different Pareto weights and the different configuration with the cold area construction in winter and summer.Results show that distributed energy can effectively replace the low quality energy consumption,reduce the economic cost of energy supply,alleviate the energy depletion and improve the living environment.
