| With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the large-scale popularization and application of information technology and manufacturing technology has a great impact on human life.The warehousing system has developed from simple manual storage to fully automated logistics warehousing.Market demand has promoted the development of modern warehousing logistics system towards a more efficient,stable and accurate direction.Intelligent shuttle truck,as the most basic transmission medium in modern warehousing and logistics system,plays a key role in the efficient and stable operation of automatic three-dimensional warehousing system.Based on the actual application status of intelligent shuttle truck in logistics warehousing system and the market demand for the development of the three-dimensional warehousing system,this paper makes a thorough study and Analysis on the problems of the current structure of the shuttle truck is not compact,the working accuracy and the operating efficiency are not high.According to the performance requirements and actual working conditions of shuttle vehicle in warehousing system,based on the existing design experience of shuttle vehicle,the overall structure scheme of shuttle vehicle is redesigned to make its mechanical structure run more conveniently.Secondly,from the point of view of the composition material,manufacturing technology and structure design of shuttle truck,the main structure of shuttle truck,such as the first-level forklift plate,is lightweight designed to make the whole shuttle truck more reasonable and compact.On this basis,the motion simulation analysis of the normal shuttle vehicle is carried out,and the influence of the speed and acceleration in the three actions of starting,uniform speed and braking on the overall running efficiency of the shuttle vehicle is analyzed.A speed control method with variable acceleration and deceleration is proposed.Compared with the traditional speed control method with equal acceleration and deceleration,the speed control method with variable acceleration and deceleration can improve the working efficiency of the shuttle vehicle.The fruit is obvious.Finally,the speed control method of variable acceleration and deceleration proposed in this paper is tested on the whole vehicle,and the relevant motion parameters of the shuttle vehicle are obtained in real time.The advantages of the speed control method of variable acceleration and deceleration are compared and verified.The design scheme of this paper has completed the manufacturing,assembly and debugging work,and has been successfully applied in the modern three-dimensional storage system,which has greatly improved the overall performance of the storage system. |
