At present,the total mileage of electrified railways in China is the first in the world.At the same time,the contact network for the transmission of electrified railways also has a huge scale.If the failure of the contact network will directly affect the normal operation of the railway system along the line,it is necessary to contact the network.Conduct regular inspections and repairs.The contact net and its supporting device are located above the railway track and 6 meters away from the ground.It is difficult to maintain the work.At present,the domestic maintenance method of the contact net is the manual repair of the contact net support device at the column of the railway contact net.The maintenance method is time-consuming and laborious.In response to this situation,this project has developed a contact network intelligent unmanned inspection vehicle to detect the contact network support device with the support of the enterprise cooperation project.The main work is as follows:First,through market research and demand analysis,the basic design requirements of the unmanned inspection vehicle are determined,and the functional analysis,workflow design and overall layout design of the unmanned inspection vehicle are determined,and then the overall design scheme is determined.Secondly,the mechanical structure design of the unmanned inspection vehicle was completed,which mainly included the chassis assembly,the lift ladder assembly,the YZ work platform assembly,the chassis drive and the ladder drive assembly,and the key components of each assembly.Detailed design and calculations were carried out.After the design is completed,the prototypes of each assembly are tested in a modular manner.Through the analysis of the test results,the lifting scheme and driving method of the elevator ladder are optimized and improved,and the structure of the YZ working platform is optimized.Finally,the unmanned inspection vehicle with optimized mechanical structure is virtually assembled to verify the feasibility of the design;static analysis of key components subject to stress concentration to ensure the reliability of mechanical components;The anti-overturning stability and anti-derailment stability are analyzed and calculated in detail,and the stability of the inspection vehicle during the operation of the vehicle is theoretically analyzed.Then,the prototype,production,commissioning and trial operation of the unmanned inspection vehicle are passed.The running condition of the inspection vehicle was tested under various working conditions,and the stability of the unmanned inspection vehicle was verified by the test.
