With the continuous rise of photovoltaic power stations,various photovoltaic component cleaning devices have become more widely used,and research on photovoltaic cleaning systems in various countries has become more and more in-depth.Therefore,this thesis analyzes and studies the drive control system of the electric photovoltaic cleaning vehicle,making the photovoltaic cleaning system more excellent.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance of the electric photovoltaic cleaning vehicle,and introduces the development status of photovoltaic cleaning robot at home and abroad.Secondly,this thesis designed the entire vehicle structure of the electric photovoltaic cleaning vehicle,studied the two major systems of walking and cleaning operations,and proposed a drive system type Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is selected as the driving motor,the hydraulic circuit,hydraulic components and drive motor of the cleaning system are designed and selected;Then,the traveling drive system is designed to match the parameters of the traveling motor according to the operating conditions.From the knowledge of electrical machinery and the principle of direct torque control(DTC),the model is built in MATLAB and simulation analysis is performed;Thirdly,this dissertation focuses on the optimization of the existing system with the disadvantages of large torque ripple and system instability.The SVPWM technology and fuzzy control technology are introduced to build the model and simulate analysis,and the simulation results of the three control strategy are compared;Finally,this thesis presents a simple software and hardware design for the optimized SVPWM-DTC system.Comparing the simulation results of the three control strategy,it is concluded that the SVPWM-DTC system has a good improvement effect on the large torque ripple of the original DTC system,and retains the advantages of the original system's fast response speed.It is also found that the stator flux linkage trajectory converges more to the desired circle,making the control system more stable.The correctness of the model is verified and the PMSM can be well used as a drive motor for an electric photovoltaic cleaning vehicle.Realize efficient and rapid cleaning of photovoltaic panels.The research has important practical significance for energy saving and emission reduction and improving the power generation efficiency of solar power stations.This will provide a theoretical basis for the future research on the drive control system of electric photovoltaic cleaning vehicles.
