In the era of creativity-led 21st century,creative industries occupy an important position in all developed countries.As an international metropolis,since the birth of Shanghai’s first creative industrial park,the Shanghai Four-line Creative Warehouse in 1999,its creative industry has also been in full swing,and a large number of creative industry development bases with distinctive characteristics have emerged.However,a large number of creative parks have been rapidly completed,and more or less have a common problem in creative parks such as over-commercialization,low public participation,and poor landscape.In this context,it is extremely urgent to study Shanghai’s representative creative industrial parks and summarize their experiences and lessons.This paper intends to select two examples of the early and most mature development of Shanghai Creative Industry Park-Tianzifang and M50 Creative Park,to study the cultural and landscape aspects of the two parks.Through field research and methods of collecting and analyzing network data,on the cultural level,explore the historical background,development history and operational status of the park;at the landscape level,according to various landscape elements(including nodes,buildings,spaces,traffic,sketches,pavements,etc.).Comprehensive evaluation of the landscape space of the park.After research,in addition to the successful experience of Tianzifang and M50 Creative Park development,the author also found the problems of the park in terms of cultural operations,supporting facilities,regional planning,and greening landscape.Whether these problems can be solved smoothly depends on whether the two parks can develop healthily in the future.This article summarizes the problems existing in each park,explores the underlying reasons behind these problems,and attempts to propose a clear and targeted update strategy.Specific strategies include:supporting the art industry at the cultural level,tapping the brand characteristics,formulating the merchant access mechanism,and adjusting the development route;scientifically planning the zoning at the landscape level,optimizing the traffic flow line,increasing the green area,enhancing the spatial recognition,and improving Supporting facilities,etc.There are still many shortcomings in the research of this paper.I hope that it can be used as a guide to provide basic information for follow-up research,and also provide some reference for the future construction of creative industries parks in Shanghai and even the whole country.
