| Energy and electricity are the lifeline and source of vitality of the country,providing inexhaustible impetus for economic development.With the continuous development of new energy and power system,especially the installed capacity of renewable energy accounts for an increasing proportion in the power system,the peak adjustment situation of energy network is becoming more and more serious.Under the new normal,frequent and deep peak adjustment and especially the high coal price has made serious challenges to thermal power units.Since 2016,various regions have promulgated trial operation rules of electric power auxiliary service,and given some encouragement and compensation to the units involved in peaking.The existing peaking compensation mechanism makes a unified power plant compensation limit for the whole power plant and rarely considers environmental factors.In order to explore the economy of the thermal power unit in peak regulation and meet the adverse effects of peak regulation.And in order to making the thermal power plant pay more attention to the environmental protection,obtaining a fair and reasonable money of compensation on peak regulation and improving the enthusiasm to taking part in the area peak regulation.In this paper,the research status of the compensation on peak regulation of thermal power units and the peak regulation economy of units.A model of considering the economic analysis and environmental protection was proposed to get a more reasonable compensation limit.The concept of environmental compensation coefficient was put forward through setting up comparative matrix and fuzzy evaluation to improve the existing peaking compensation mechanism.And a real-time LCOE(Levelized Cost of Energy)model was proposed,the benefit calculation model and the compensation price forecasting model were established.With the use of Data Mining methods such as sliding window and the BP neural network,this article has made the forecast analysis on the real-time LCOE of the case unit,and finally obtained the compensation price that in different conditions to provide data reference for the peak regulation of the units.The results show that the improved peaking compensation model takes the balance point of revenue and expenditure as the demarcation line.That improves the compensation electricity and the compensation amount,and can improve the enthusiasm of thermal power units to participate in peaking.By introducing the compensation coefficient of environmental protection,the compensation amount can be revised according to the unit’s emission,which can encourage the units pay enough attention to environmental protection.The forecasting analysis of real-time cost of power plant shows that it is feasible and effective to apply big data technology to power plant.The real-time cost forecasting results of indirect air-cooled units are affected by ambient temperature,ambient wind speed and unit load.With the decrease of ambient temperature,especially below 0 C,the electricity cost will rise again.However,with the increase of wind speed,there is a critical point that unit’s economy is the worst.Cost forecasting can get compensation quotation under different environmental parameters,which can provide data support for unit peaking strategy. |
