Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Construction Project Performance Considering Relevant Stakeholder

The construction project is a systematic project with high investment,high risk,wide coverage,long operation time and low standardization,and performance evaluation as a management tool involving project investment decision,process control and post-operation evaluation feedback.It is especially important in the entire construction project process.With the reform of the construction industry and the transformation of the national economy,the business environment and management methods of construction projects have undergone tremendous changes,and more and more relevant stakeholders have participated in and affected the project's operating performance.The construction project has also been transformed from a single extensive management to a common refined management,that is,the construction project reflects the interests of project participants such as construction units,construction units,government and labor service units.Based on the above background,this article will include relevant stakeholders in the performance evaluation of construction projects.Firstly,the literature analysis method and comparative analysis method are combined with the tasks of each stage of the construction project life cycle to classify and identify the relevant stakeholders of the research,and focus on the degree of coordination and cooperation among the relevant stakeholders of the construction project;Secondly,combined with the influencing factors of stakeholders' interest needs and construction project performance,the evaluation index system is constructed from six dimensions:economic benefit,management benefit,relevant benefit benefit,social benefit,growth benefit and strategic benefit.Again,consider the decision maker's The influence of psychological behavior on the evaluation results,combined with the prospect theory,using the VIKOR method to rank the performance evaluation results of the construction projects of various stakeholders,combined with the questionnaire survey method to set the weights of the various stakeholders,and finally weighted the performance evaluation results of the project.Taking a construction project as an example to analyze the performance level of the various stakeholders of the project,to demonstrate the rationality of the model construction,and to combine the evaluation results from the perspective of relevant stakeholders and evaluation indicators to propose strategies to improve the performance of construction projects;Summarize and point out the research Foot and direction for further inquiry.Considering the relevant stakeholders' evaluation of the performance of the construction project and meeting the needs of relevant stakeholders,it can effectively discover the problems of the relevant stakeholders in the construction project and the areas that need improvement;accumulate experience for maximizing the value of the project and make the project better.Provide management ideas and investment decisions to provide ideas,there by enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and ensuring long-term benign development.
