Research Of Express Package Design Based On Green Design Theory

The rapid development of network economy drives the development of express delivery in logistics industry.and the logistics companies have become an important bridge between the sellers and the buyers.In order to protect the safety of goods,express delivery companies have made great efforts in express package,such as "three layers inside,and three layers outside" to protect commodity all-roundly.However,while it provides a convenient and high-quality shopping experience for consumers,the express package has brought about a great deal of packing waste,which has made serious environmental pollution.Therefore,reducing the amount of express packaging waste and reducing the environmental burden by express package have become a concern in express package design.This research is also an attempt for finding solutions to this problem.In this research,the author investigated the above phenomena and analyzed of the current situations of express package,and combines with the green design theory,put forward the express packaging design strategy based on green design concept.On the basis of the green design concept in this research,the author points out the design methods of green express package from “packaging form,packaging information,usage mode,recycling method” and so on,and did experiments to verify the feasibility of this methods based on the analysis of background,demand investigation,insight interest relationship and the design of similar products.The innovation of this paper is to propose a green design method of express package from the aspects of packing form,information,usage mode and recycling design through systematic analysis and research of the components of express package,helping make the recycling of express packaging and reducing the environmental burden brought by express packaging waste realized,finally promoting the healthy development of the express delivery industry.
