Research On Cultural Promotion And Design Of Shenyang Zhongjie Block Under The Strategies Based On New Medias

Shenyang zhongjie is not only the first Commercial pedestrian street in China,but also the top ten famous commercial pedestrian streets in China.It is also the longest commercial pedestrian street in mainland China.It is the earliest commercial center in Shenyang.As an important part of Shenyang’s history and culture,its commercial value and cultural value are self-evident.Under the background of fast-developing neighborhood culture,how to use the popularize of new medias to promote the development of its neighborhood culture has become a topic that needs to be studied.This paper takes the cultural promotion and the design of Shenyang zhongjie as the research focus and studies the promotion and design of urban block culture from the perspective of new media.For the content to be studied,this paper uses questionnaire survey method,documentary method,comparative analysis method and other methods to study the history and culture,location,target audience of the promotion,new media platforms that nowadays have and the existing problems of Shenyang zhongjie block culture.Through comparing the promotion design of well-known and characteristic neighborhoods both at home and abroad and analyzing the neighborhood culture promotion design of Beijing Nanluo Guxiang,Chengdu Taiguli and Shenzhen OCT,finally,combined with new media strategies,we put forward a plan to promote the culture of Shenyang zhongjie by using APP interface design and web interface design.And the plan can also construct the framework of cultural promotion of Shenyang zhongjie block and promote the APP and website content of Shenyang zhongjie Block to achieve the purpose of establishing the cultural characteristics of Shenyang zhongjie.Under the guidance of new media strategy,we will combine the history,cultural characteristics,and business development of Zhongjie block in Shenyang to popularize its’ culture.We will establish a set of plans of of cultural promotion and design scheme especially for Zhongjie block.Using the influence of the APP and web,we can pursue the new forms of culture to make people happy,meet the demand of the public to download,and finally popularize the culture of Zhongjie block in Shenyang.
