With the continuous expansion of wind power generation,wind power companies are increasingly demanding high-quality operation and maintenance employees.In response to this situation,this project has developed a simulation and training system for doubly-fed wind turbines,which not only has complete and mature simulation functions,but also has training-oriented modules.This paper first introduces the overall structure of the project from the whole,and clarifies the positioning of this article in which it focuses on the development of PC functions.Based on this,the wind turbine model,transmission system model,generator model and inverter model of the doubly-fed wind turbine are established in turn.After the corresponding subroutine is developed on the Lab VIEW platform,the main program is built to integrate the subVIs.,completed the overall development of the system simulation function.Later,some optimizations were made to the simulation system:the number of effective faults in the faulty module was increased,and the imitation single-step function that helped the operation and maintenance personnel to become familiar with the system operation flow as soon as possible was developed.At the same time,a UDP communication module is also developed for data transmission between the host computer system and the underlying hardware portion.Then,aiming at the training attributes of the system,this paper develops three auxiliary modules:Answer test module based on LabVIEW and MySQL database,which helps operators to improve their basic theoretical knowledge while improving their practical operation ability;and remote access function based on LabVIEW and third-party website mapping tool,which enables operators to access the system remotely.The worker can break through the limitation of LAN and realize real remote access through the client browser through the external web site access and control simulation platform.Based on LabVIEW's own function of interacting with files,a log module is developed to record the staff's operation steps and the changes of several main parameters after each step of operation.In order to provide retrospective and revert functions when problems arise or employees want to re-examine the operation steps after the operation is completed.In summary,unlike the conventional DFIG wind turbine simulation platform,the simulation system developed in this paper has the dual attributes of simulation and training.It can simulate the whole process of the fan from start to run to stop,and help employees to quickly improve the operation.Dimensional ability.
