With the fast development of economy and science technology for most countries,the haze is increasing seriously also,a series of environmental problems such as global warming is accelerating.These environment problems caused by the automobile exhaust emissions,the rest dust of crops being destroyed,in a word,a large number of fossil energy are consumed,which leads to environment problems.Realizing the problems are serious,people begin to focus on using renewable energy.Wind energy is abundant and no pollution,making the best use of wind energy is important.This thesis studies variable speed constant frequency double-fed wind power generation system,it aims at improving the wind capture ability and tracking the maximum power point,promoting the utilization efficiency of wind power.In the first part of the thesis,the working principle for VSCF wind energy generation system is analyzed and a generator mathematical model is established.In order to improve the ability of capturing maximum wind energy of wind turbines,a new fuzzy controller is proposed.Not only the power increment and former rotating speed increment but also the wind speed are introduced in to the controller as input,and the rotating speed increment is taken as the output of the controller.To test the performance of new controller a simulation for 1.5 MW wind turbine is done,the results show that the proposed controller is of better performance than conventional fuzzy controller.In the second part of the thesis,based on vector control structure and proposed fuzzy control a optimal speed tracking wind power generation system is established,increasing power variable in the input,a simulation is done under the Simulink to test the performance of the system,the results show that the control system is feasible and effective.
