Research On Investment And Development Strategies Of Distribution Network In Power Grid Company Under Electric Reform Environment

The introduction of the No.9 document of the electric power reform has brought a new pattern to China's power industry.The expansion of the incremental power distribution business is one of the key points in the current power system reform.The main body of the future distribution power business will include the power grid companies and the power generation enterprises and so on,which means that the current status of monopoly power distribution network business of power grid companies will be broken.The reform of the power system aims to introduce market competition,reduce energy costs,promote optimal allocation of power systems,and improve overall system efficiency.This has a subversive impact on the traditional management concepts and business models of power grid companies.opportunities and challenges coexist for distribution network business development.In order to actively cope with the new situation of multi-party participation in the market competition of the distribution network,it is necessary for the power grid companies to study the investment development strategy of the distribution network to adapt to market competition.This paper first analyzes the relevant policy documents of China's distribution network in recent years,and the diversification of the development of the power grid companys' distribution network under the electric power reform environment,and the development needs of diversified load access impact,improved load forecasting level,constructed project approval and rapid response mechanism;Secondly,this paper establishes the calculation model of the investment distribution demand of the stock distribution network meeting the reliability target,analyzing the reliability objectives of the stock distribution network from the economic level and the demand level,and determining the investment demand of the stock market.Finally,this paper establishes an incremental distribution network market evaluation index system that takes account of risk factors.On the basis of that,it establishes incremental distribution network market evaluation model to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the risk and potential of the incremental distribution network market,and to provide a theoretical basis for the company's distribution network adaptive development strategy under the power system reform situation.Based on the background of electricity reform,this paper analyzes the investment scale measurement model and investment benefit calculation model of stock distribution network and incremental distribution network under the multi-angle analysis of policy,market and company,and makes decision for power grid companys' future distribution network investment,and provides reference to enable power grid companies to have sustained,stable and strong competitiveness in a competitive environment,and to ensure the safe,economic,stable and healthy development of the power system.
