Nuclear Facility Decommissioning Initial Source Survey

China's nuclear industry has experienced more than 50 years of development.From the perspectives of safety,technical level and international situation,some nuclear facilities in China have been or will soon face decommissioning.The main problems facing the decommissioning of nuclear facilities include source investigation and radioactive waste.Decontamination,decontamination of sites and equipment,and transportation and disposal of waste.The source item survey process includes material accounting and radiation measurement,and the radiation measurement runs through the entire decommissioning process.Therefore,the problems faced by radiation measurement need special attention.Since China's national conditions are significantly different from those of foreign countries,the decommissioning standards are formulated.When carrying out the specific work of decommissioning nuclear facilities,it is impossible to completely copy the existing experience of foreign countries,and it is necessary to carry out the decommissioning of nuclear facilities in light of the special circumstances of different nuclear facilities in China.At present,there are precedents for successful decommissioning in China.However,due to the different depths of decommissioning,the situation of decommissioning facilities is different.Therefore,there are differences in the standards and specific implementation methods that are used when decommissioning.After comprehensively drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience,This paper uses the data survey,characteristic parameter survey,site survey,personnel visit,dose survey,sampling analysis,panoramic roaming and other means to carry out facilities for the number and integrity of the equipment and facilities of the XXX factory production line,engineering characteristics parameters,offline waste,etc.The investigation of the initial source items of decommissioning,obtaining the degree of facility integrity of the production line,the degree and distribution of radioactive pollution,the existing items,and the source data,form a source item investigation report,and provide a basis for the next stage of decommissioning design.
