| With the continuous improvement of building energy-saving requirements,the market demand for high-grade plastic steel doors and windows is growing,the types of doors and windows are also increasing,and the types of materials required are more.When an enterprise carries out order production,it can’t confirm the material specifications used to produce the window type after designing the window type.It needs to configure the material information according to the specific needs of customers.The material information configuration table confirms the specific type and attributes of the material needed to produce the window type.Because of the imperfect material classification system and the complex parameter correlation between the materials,the material information configuration is necessary.Tables can only be manually created by enterprise technicians after acquiring customer requirements,which is a heavy workload and is prone to missed and misselected phenomena.According to the demand status of plastic steel doors and windows enterprises,aiming at improving the efficiency of material information allocation of plastic steel doors and windows,the existing data structure of plastic steel doors and windows is analyzed.In the ERP system of production of plastic steel doors and windows based on BOM,the standardized storage and efficient use of basic data of products are realized by constructing knowledge map of plastic steel doors and windows;on the basis of knowledge map,word segmentation and correction are used.Then matching rules are used to search the product basic data in knowledge map in natural language to improve the usability of material information allocation system;by analyzing the material selection rules of plastic steel doors and windows and the relationship between material parameters,the model of material parameters association rules is constructed to achieve the accurate selection of material types and specifications;at the same time,customer requirements are collected according to the data of material information allocation table.Data,training the neural network model of customer demand recommendation,making accurate recommendation to customers according to different environments and requirements for windows and related configurations.Through the above research,knowledge atlas,natural language search and neural network are introduced into the business process of material information allocation of plastic steeldoors and windows.The application system is developed with Python language.Through the analysis of the basic data of plastic steel doors and windows products,the problems of subjective and incomplete classification of products and materials by manual work and irregular input of material information are solved.The efficient allocation of material information for plastic steel doors and windows is realized,and the efficient data support for the follow-up intelligent design and manufacturing system is provided. |
