The 13th five-year plan period is a period when China's economy maintains medium-high speed growth and the overall improement of ecological and environmental quality,which puts forward more stringent requirements on strengthening energy saving and emission reduction as well as its constraint mechanism.The basic national conditions of China are as follows:Although the scope of central heating is further expanded,there is still a huge waste of energy in the whole heating industry,which is against the policy of sustainable development of energy.Therefore.we should actively promote advanced heating technology and operation mode,which is very important for energy saving and emission reduction in the field of heating in China.At present,the residual pressure head of the exhaust gas in the unit heating of power plant is too large.If the steam pressure requirement of the heat grid heater is simply met through the pressure-reducing valve,there will be relatively large noise and throttling loss,which will lead to the waste of energy.On the premise of not affecting the heating and safety of the power plant and the continuous and stable operation,the pressure difference generated by the steam heating should be fully utilized to improve the efficiency and safe operation of the heating operation of the power plant.This paper analyzes the utilization of steam residual pressure after heat supply transformation of unit 7 and 8 in Zhangjiakou Power Plant.According to the actual reconstruction of the project.The retrofitting method of steam residual pressure utilization for heating units is studied,and the thermal economic analysis of two kinds of heat supply residual pressure utilization modes of back pressure machine and heat pump is carried out by using equivalent enthalpy drop method.Through calculation,the optimal utilization mode is obtained.In addition,the environmental and social benefits of the units after steam residual pressure utilization are analyzed.The retrofitting project will make a great contribution to the local government's energy saving and emission reduction and the development of low-carbon economy.
