Modern Industrial Style In Catering Space Design In The Atmosphere

With the rapid development of economy,the living standard of residents has been improved gradually.There has also been a qualitative change in people's needs for food.When going out repast,notice food taste and nutrition collocation not only,also had taller requirement to repast environment.Consumers hope to satisfy both the taste enjoyment and the emotional demand,so as to achieve the perfect dining experience.The industrial style,with its personality and avant-garde features,breaks the spatial structure of the rules and regulations in modern cities,so it is deeply sought after by the young generation.Especially in the first-tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,under the pressure of fast-paced work,young consumers prefer to stay in the free atmosphere to adjust the busy life rhythm.Therefore,the application of industrial style into the dining space can elevate the dining experience of consumers from material satisfaction to a new level of spiritual satisfaction,so that they can enjoy themselves and body in a unique and novel,freewheeling environment and generate emotional resonance.For the operators will also benefit.For example,“grandmother's home","Bi Feng shelter","Wang Xiang garden" and other industrial theme restaurants,with their delicious food and comfortable dining environment,have a place in the fiercely competitive catering industry.This paper takes the atmosphere building of industrial style in the catering space as the research purpose,and discusses how to create a dining environment with distinctive industrial characteristics for consumers by using elements such as spatial layout,materials,colors,light and shadow,and display.Finally,the research results will be used in the design and implementation of my practical project--"Lao Wang" hotpot restaurant in Shanghai.The project is located in the Sunshine center square in Jia Ding district,Shanghai.The project targeted "80" "90" and other urban white-collar workers as the main consumer group.On the premise of following the basic principle of space design,integrating industrial style and modern elements into the design of catering space,and combining the distinct cultural characteristics of Chong Qing and Shanghai,it aims to create a comfortable and comfortable dining environment for consumers and realize emotional satisfaction.
