Studies On Suitability Planning And Design Of Dengfeng Leisure Valley Resort

The low hilly area has gradually become an emerging touristsholiday destination benefits from its spatial diversity,good ecological environment and abundant natural resources,which also leads to the planning and design boom of low hilly resort projects.However,the current relevant planning and design are mostly based on the subjective experience of designers,lacking in objective,scientific and appropriate analytical methods.Based on this,this article chose the low mountain hilly resort area of Dengfeng leisure valley as the research object,explored the analysis method and planning design strategy based on the suitability concept,and conducted practical research.Leisure Valley Resort is Located in the northeast of Dengfeng City,which is the intersection of Zhengdeng New Town and Songshan Scenic Spot.It belongs to the low mountain and hilly area transiting from the western mountainous area to the eastern plain of Henan Province.It is an ideal garden for the development and construction of low mountain and hilly resort area.By concluding the relevant concepts and research results at home and abroad,combined with the "suitability" theory,this paper summarizes the planning and design methods of low mountain and hilly resorts from three level.For macro level,"suitability theme positioning";for medium level,"suitability planning system construction";and for micro level,"suitability landscape elements design".According to the above methods,four different types of mature cases at home and abroad are selected for the suitability analysis.While verifying the feasibility of the method,a complete method framework is formed with the previous theory to provide ideas for the following project practice.On this basis,combined with the planning and design project of Dengfeng Leisure Valley Resort,the three-in-one planning and design method of "macrography,intermediate perspective and Microcosmic" is used to systematically explain the process and steps of planning and design.At the macro level,with the protection of natural landscape resources as the main line and the promotion of urban-rural integration and Rural Revitalization as the goal,through the evaluation of base tourism resources and market environment analysis,it is finally positioned as an ecological tourism resort with the theme of "cultural tourism,recreation,leisure sports".On the medium level,the multi-suitability evaluation analysis method is used to construct the evaluation standard system.Through single factor analysis and superposition analysis,the traffic planning,water system design,building location and zoning layout whichare compatible with the site environment and texture are obtained,so as to seek the appropriate development intensity for the project and realize the qualitative and quantitative combination in the planning and design process.At the micro level,the concept of suitability is embodied in the special design of landscape node construction,plant allocation,vertical planning and so on,and the minimum disturbance to the surface landscape is realized.Theoretical research and case analysis form a complete suitability planning and design method,which provides theoretical support for the planning and design of Dengfeng Leisure Valley Resort,and makes the planning and design process more reasonable.In order to provide reference for similar projects through the planning and design of Dengfeng Leisure Valley Resort.
