The CFST arch bridge has the characteristics of high bearing capacity,high economy,large span capability and quick construction.However,the construction process of CFST arch bridges is extremely complicated,so it is particularly important to study the key construction techniques of CFST arch bridges.Based on the engineering example of long-span CFST arch bridge,the finite element analysis software is used to simulate the construction technology of the arch bridge.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The Midas model is used to establish the construction stage of the full bridge model and the division project.The accuracy of the finite element model and the accuracy of the results are verified by comparing the theoretical values with the measured values.(2)Several construction methods for arch bridge rib construction are introduced,and the simulation analysis of bracket construction is carried out according to the construction method of the bridge.(3)In view of the dumbbell steel tube section of arch rib,the simulation analysis model of concrete pouring is established in Madas.The results of three different pouring orders are analyzed.At the same time,the stress and strain of arch foot and vault under different pouring orders are analyzed.It is concluded that pouring order 2is the optimal pouring order of the example bridge.(4)The centralized method of bracket stability checking is introduced.The stability of engineering brackets is calculated by theory and finite element respectively.It is verified that the stability of temporary brackets in construction is safe.(5)The results of stable line analysis by three different sizes of stent models show that in the case of modality 1,the critical load values of the stents are not much different.Therefore,when designing the bracket,the bracket should save materials and resources as much as possible when it meets the bearing capacity required for construction.
