| With the development of the social economy and the increase in energy demand,the energy resources are increasingly lacking.In recent years,the development of wind power in China has been rapid and the total installed capacity of wind power has continued to increase.However,the large-scale access to wind power has brought new problems to the operation of the power grid.This article reviews the literature related to wind power system dispatching and analyzes the development of it,the impact of it on system operation and dispatch,and the current research status of wind power consumption.It points out that in most of the literature’s tie line scheduling plan objective function,multiple participating regions are regarded as a community of economic interests,participating in optimal scheduling without considering their own interests.The optimal solution under the objective function is only due to the overall benefit,and it is easy to cause unreasonable distribution of benefits and even cause sacrifices in some areas.Therefore,in order to improve the enthusiasm of regional participation in interconnected systems to absorb wind power,this paper introduces Agent technology and establishes a multi-time scale scheduling model based on Agent hybrid structure.Taking Agent’s hybrid structure as the main body,in the discreet layer,this paper implements the day-to-day scheduling of wind power and the establishment of intraday rolling scheduling plan through the game synergy.In the reaction layer,real-time real-time relationship between the situational awareness technology and the external environment is realized.Among them in the discreet layer,through the game to coordinate the wind and electricity communication line optimization scheduling mode,find the optimal solution set of the transmission line on the contact line existing in the Nash equilibrium point,and further distribute the created solution under the premise of maximizing social and economic benefits.Benefits to achieve inter-regional sharing,thereby increasing the enthusiasm of the wind power consumption area to receive the delivery power.The results of the example show that the agent-to-intelligence game dissipative strategy proposed in this paper can achieve the rational distribution of inter-regional benefits while improving the economics of the interconnected system,and improve the enthusiasm of the wind power consumption zone to further eliminate large-scale wind power.In the reaction layer,using situational awareness technology,the relationship between it and scheduling,especially real-time,is studied.The purpose is to accurately understand the current state of the system and predict the future state in real time.At the same time,according to the existing research results,the process of situational awareness is explained and partially modeled. |
