Thermal power generation is still the main form of electric power production in our country.Every year,a large number of operators of thermal power units receive practical operation training by using full-scope simulator of thermal power units to improve their operation skills.Thermal power unit start-up is the primary content of the operation training.Mastering the operation and parameter adjustment skills of the unit start-up process is the prerequisite to further complete the training content such as shutdown fault handling and so on.Due to the tight start-up time,heavy tasks,numerous subsystems and parameters to be adjusted,strong coupling among many parameters,wide range and rapid change of the parameters,the training process of the trainees often takes into account one or the other.Because the operation is not timely,the parameters of the unit overrun or even trip.Therefore,in the process of the unit start-up training,the simulation instructor should constantly prompt the students to take corresponding actions according to the changes of the parameters,and the work intensity is very high.Therefore,the real-time guidance system for the start-up process of the unit is developed.Aiming at the key operation parameters such as steam temperature,steam pressure,air flowrate and water level,the prompt and guidance are given according to the different changes,which is beneficial to the students' self-study and improves the effect of the simulation training.It has important practical significance.According to the simulation system of a 300 MW thermal power unit,on the basis of mastering the operation of the unit start-up process,the adjustment mechanism of each parameter and the internal control logic,the expert system and the fuzzy language processing principle are used in this paper.The representation method of fuzzy membership function with different parameters and the corresponding expression form of regulation strategy are determined.According to the main operation parameters of the unit,a real-time fuzzy knowledge base is established to guide the start-up process.On the premise of the above work,the real-time data are obtained by the communication between the thermal power unit performance analysis and diagnosis platform(SADS),and the 300 MW simulator.The engineering modularization modeling method is used to complete the calculation of the abnormal changes of the parameters and the development of the operation guidance model.With the help of Labview platform,the software of start-up monitoring and operation guidance interface is developed,which realizes the functions of parameter monitoring,abnormal alarm,operation guidance and other text and voice prompt functions.After further improvement and application in simulation training,the operation guidance system can help students to monitor abnormal changes of parameters,give prompt operation of voice and text operation,and improve the effect of simulation training of students and lighten the work intensity of instructors.It is of practical significance in engineering.
