| With the help of field research and survey questionnaires,we conducted an in-depth study of the S company in Guangdong Province small package express consignment and delivery business.We found that existing business processes have problems such as unclear processes,few value-added links,unsmooth information transmission,and low overall efficiency.The process optimization approach has important economic value and research significance to improve the existing service level and profitability.There are many influencing factors affecting the development of small package express business.This article uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to select the consignment and delivery links in the small package express of S company in Guangdong Province as the optimization target.The strategy map adjusts the existing strategic objectives,determines the specific optimization objectives for the s consignment and delivery business,and appropriately increases the value-added links of the business.Secondly,it uses the Design Structure Matrix(DSM)to decouple the information transmission relationship between services.Tasking loops,appropriately increasing parallel relationships and sorting related businesses to get the latest business processes.Finally,we use Flexsim simulation software to design simulation experiments,and use "test algorithm" to estimate the number of simulations and verify them.Then we apply "paired t confidence interval method “Comparing the performance indicators before and after the optimization,the optimized results of the consignment and delivery were quantified based on the obtained performance indicators such as idle rate and blocking rate.Aiming at the problems existing in the small-scale transportation of road passenger transportation in M province,the process flow optimization method was used to create the business process that can take on the future market positioning.The Flexsim simulation experiment was designed to compare the busy rate in the business process before and after optimization.The result shows that after business process has significantly improved the system performance indicators. |
