Structural Design Of An Over-limit High-rise Building With Performance-based Design Method

In this paper,the structure of an over-limit high-rise building is designed with the performance-based design method.The whole process of structural design is expounded,and some key issues are discussed,which are mainly carried out in the following aspects:1.Some related concepts of over-limit high-rise buildings and performance-based design method are elaborated.Moreover,the research status and related design norms of the structural design of over-limit high-rise buildings using performance-based design method are introduced.2.The general ways to the structural design of over-limit high-rise buildings are summarized based on performance-based design method from four aspects,including the preliminary scheme design,structural analysis,structural design and construction drawing.The design of preliminary plan and the method of structural analysis are elaborated in detail.The main points of the over-limit report are discussed in depth mainly from three perspectives,including the elastoplastic analysis method,the performance-based design method of over-limit high-rise buildings and the method to evaluate the seismic performance of over-limit high-rise buildings under different levels of earthquakes.3.According to the architectural designing requirements of the over-limit high-rise building,its structural model is established by using the above-mentioned structural design method.The over-limit judgement of the structural model is made and its rationality is investigated through the mechanical analysis.Corresponding performance objective is set based on the over-limit degree of the structural model.Moreover,it is also checked corresponding to different seismic levels and the relevant over-limit treatment measures are proposed for the weak parts of the structure.On this basis,the structural design of the over-limit high-rise building is carried out and the structural construction is drawn.
