In today's Internet era,enterprises are fully seeking their own development and transformation under the Internet environment.In 2015,the State Council promulgated the"know the opinions" on actively promoting the "Internet +" action,marking that "Internet +"has become a major strategic decision of the country in the economic field.As an automobile manufacturer,W company is also seeking development and transformation.The front-end automobile sales model has changed.The whole vehicle logistics business model that runs through the whole sales also needs to change.The whole vehicle logistics business or information system of W company is facing enormous challenges.This paper takes W company's vehicle logistics related information system as the research object,investigates and summarizes the current business management problems and the future development direction of vehicle logistics,as well as the future development direction of vehicle logistics related information technology,and uses the concept of shared service(SOA)to preliminarily plan the information system architecture and application system supporting vehicle logistics business,so as to better satisfy the requirements.Foot W Company's development needs in the Internet era.In the past 15 years,the construction mode of IT system in W company is the project management cycle of business requirement,IT Department bidding,requirement analysis,development,testing and on-line.Every new system on-line stands a new chimney.This way of building system based on business requirement leads to the difficulties of stack building,function duplication building,system interaction and integration.Increase is not conducive to business precipitation and sustainable development.On the one hand,we need to transform and on the other hand,we need to use the traditional system architecture.On this basis,we use the concept of SOA to plan the business and system of the front segment related to customer orders according to the Internet architecture front desk and middle desk.At the same time,the original traditional system still needs to continue to be used.In order to play a better role,we need to plan the current hybrid architecture.This issue of vehicle logistics information system planning is to sort out the business processes related to vehicle logistics,construct new business logic related to user orders,extract data from traditional information systems to build shared services on new data platforms or directly encapsulate services on traditional information systems to share.The scenarios considered by new shared services are relatively complete and basically adapt to future business development.Exhibition,some shared services encapsulated on the original system are limited by the data,architecture,versatility and forward-looking of the original system.It may be necessary to make some changes to the data model and business logic when providing services,thus bringing some risks.This period of planning is only a preliminary plan.The business logic related to customer orders has been gradually implemented in W Company.In the process of implementation,we encounter many problems.We believe that after continuous attempts and optimization,the shared vehicle logistics system architecture will play an increasingly important role in providing users with more functions and better experience.
