As the most important content of government public service,public transport has always been the core of government public service.The public pay more attention to the management level and service quality of public transport service.Railway passenger transport service is a more important role in transportation.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's railway transport system,common-speed railway passenger transport has been gradually replaced by high-speed railway passenger transport.High-speed passenger transport can further strengthen the government's public service capacity.As far as the current market economy is concerned,the contribution of high-speed rail passenger transport to public service is not just the government's public service.Service quality has been continuously improved,more is to let our country's socio-economic development has been rapid.Let the people's needs for a better life be more fully met.In recent years,the quality standard of public transport service has been continuously improved.Although our country's high-speed railway starts late,our country's high-speed passenger transport service has a very fast development speed.In order to further ensure the quality of high-speed rail passenger service and to achieve the increasing contribution of high-speed rail passenger service to public transport,the high-speed rail passenger transport service management system and related systems need to be constantly improved.This article takes this as the starting point,regarding the high-speed railway The quality of the service is evaluated.The problems existing in the process of improving the service quality of high-speed railway are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are worked out,so that the service quality of high-speed railway can be further optimized.Combining with the basic status quo of high-speed rail industry development,this study combines a large number of research results at home and abroad to construct an index system for the evaluation of high-speed rail passenger service value from four aspects:service personnel quality,service environment,service function and perceived value.Level evaluation indicators.For the Beijing South Railway Station,a field survey was conducted and statistical analysis was conducted on the survey results.The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model were used to determine the index weights and the scores of the indicators at all levels.The final score of the high-speed rail passenger service quality evaluation was 3.8114,which was between the better and the general level.According to the scores of various indicators,the main problems of high-speed rail passenger transport services are analyzed,and based on this,a targeted optimization strategy is proposed.
